We are very excited to announce the launching of a new program that will take place at Wildwood Medicine: The Wildwood Fertility Program.
Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment offering acupuncture, yoga and lasting relaxation and meditation techniques. These will all help you with the stress of infertility, medical interventions and the depression and anxiety that often accompany this journey. The mind/body class is not a support group but it is a safe and confidential group open to women and couples coping with infertility.
This is a program for women and couples trying to conceive either naturally or with Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). It is open to women with either primary or secondary infertility.
The program includes:
- 6-week mind/body class (this includes one individual session prior to the start date) on Tuesday evenings. Class is led by Anne Brennan Belden, MS, CPCC, ACC
- 5 acupuncture sessions with Dr. Sasha Rose, ND, LAc, MSOM
- Yoga: a relaxing yin-based yoga class focused on Women’s Health. 10 classes. Wednesdays, 12-1pm.. led by Dr. Sasha Rose, ND, LAc, MSOM .
Program cost: $670 (this is a $250 discount)
A la Cart Cost:
- Mind/Body Class: $300
- Yoga: $120/10week punch card ($14 drop-in) (class is on-going and can be joined at any time)
- Acupuncture: $100/session. Many insurance plans will cover acupuncture. Please check your benefits.
